President and Founder
David has led licensing programs and IP strategy initiatives for globally recognized technology companies. His leadership experience includes patent licensing, portfolio management, standards strategy, corporate IP policy, patent prosecution, and litigation support.
His work spans wireless communications, consumer electronics, video and audio coding, standards-essential patents, semiconductors, imaging systems, networking, and other advanced technologies.
